Cristina Baglioni is a Partner of LABLAW - Studio Legale.
Cristina is specialised in employment law, industrial relations and employment related litigation. She has a wealth of experience advising, both national and international businesses operating in Italy, on the management of all aspects of employment relationships such as the hiring of employees, autonomous and subordinated relationships, remuneration, non-competition clauses, incentive systems, employee stock option schemes, disciplinary procedures, collective dismissals, mobility and the termination of employment relationships. Cristina also provides counsel to both national and international clients on labor and industrial relations issues which arise during mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, reorganizations and cessations of business.
In addition, Cristina has an extensive knowledge of equal opportunities issues in labor relationships, mobbing and legislative decree no. 276/2003 (the so-called “Legge Biagi”) gained from a 5 year tenure consulting for the Italian Ministry for Equal Opportunities.
She has also acted as a consultant for EQUAL – a European Union funded project which focused on tackling discrimination and disadvantage in the labor market. Cristina was a co-author of an official recommendation to the Ministry of Labor, and relevant inspection bodies, in preventing and combatting human trafficking for labor exploitation. More recently, she participated in the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreements (CCNL) of the goods, transport and shipping sector providing counsel from within the trade union counsel of ANITA – The Italian National Motor Transport Association.
