Gianluca Crespi is a Partner of LABLAW - Studio Legale.
His practice focuses on employment related litigation, with particular regard to hiring contracts and dismissals, freelance and consultancy contracts, agency and distribution agreements, relations with top management and company directors, business reorganizations as well as with issues connected to health and safety at work.
From the outset of his career Gianluca has specialized exclusively in employment law and industrial relations. In the past he has worked with notable firms such as Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, Abbatescianni, and Tosi e Associati. Gianluca, who has been a member of the LABLAW team since its inception, became a partner of the firm in 2009.

La Corte d’Appello di Lecce con sentenza 13 dicembre 2011 ha stabilito che costituisce giusta causa di licenziamento la condotta di un dirigente che, pochi giorni dopo una perquisizione della Guardia di Finanza negli uffici dell’azienda e l’arresto
di alcuni esponenti di spicco della società, elimini della documentazione con una macchina distruggi-documenti. E ciò indipendentemente dal contenuto dei documenti distrutti e dai successivi sviluppi delle indagini.
