Piergiovanni Mandruzzato is a Partner of LABLAW - Studio Legale.

His practice focuses on the labor and employment aspects of corporate acquisitions, transfers, restructurings, reorganisations, cessation of business, reduction of personnel, non-compete clauses, the management of collective and individual labour conflicts, and the drafting of trial briefs. Piergiovanni also has extensive experience representing and defending both national and multi-national clients in court for a wide range of contentious labor and social security issues.

Piergiovanni commenced his legal career in the firm of Paolo Andreotti. In 1996 he joined the firm of Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners as an associate where he remained for 3 years before joining the firm of Allen & Overy as Senior Counsel. In 2009 Piergiovanni became a Partner of LABLAW.

Piergiovanni is a professor of Employment and European Union Law at the University of Brescia's Law School.

He is also the co-author of the Italian  chapter of the American Bar Association publication "International Labor and Employment Laws" (Edited by BNA Books).

Piergiovanni is a member of the IBA - the International Bar Association, the ABA - the American Bar Association, AGI - the Italian Employment Lawyers and EELA - the European Employment Lawyers Association.
