Francesco Rotondi is a Founding Partner of LABLAW - Studio Legale.

Francesco Rotondi is specialized at 360-degrees in labour law and industrial relations and provides assistance to many of largest Italian and International companies. He boasts solid experience in the field of reorganisation plans and collective redundancies, extraordinary company transaction, trade union litigation as well as in drafting all kind of employment or agency contracts and pther labour-related issues, also in commerce and credit Sector.

Rotondi commenced his professional career in 1991 with Trifirò & Partners, where he became Partner.In 2001, he started his partnership with Hammonds Rossotto as a Partner and Head of the Employment and Insustrial Relations Department. In 2006, Francesco Rotondi founded LABLAW.

Recognized in 2015 as the only labour law expert among the 40 most influential under 50-aged Italian lawyers, in recent years he has won several national and international awards, including: Lawyer of The Year - LegalCommunity Labour Awards 2018
; Lawyer of The Year - Le Fonti Awards 2018; Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards 2017 - Employment, Labour and Benefits Lawyer of The Year; Best Lawyer of the year Sport 2017, Best Lawyer of the year - Litigation, 2016, Lawyer of the year - Trade union and industrial relations in 2016 and 2013, Best Lawyer of the year 2015 and 2012.

In 2014 he received a special mention for having represented an example of best practices in the management of cross-disciplinary labour issues.

He is an adjunct professor of Labour Law at Cattaneo University - LIUC Castellanza.

He is also a contributing Editor.
