Francesco Rotondi is a Founding Partner of LABLAW - Studio Legale.

Francesco Rotondi provides 360° labour law and industrial relations counsel to many of the most important Italian companies as well as international businesses with operations in Italy. He boasts a solid experience assisting with reorganization and restructuring plans, extraordinary operations, trade union litigation, the management of contracts, and with the organization of the agency networks in the commercial and credit sectors.
Francesco commenced his professional career in 1991 with Trifirò & Partners, where he became Partner. In 2001, he joined Hammonds Rossotto as a Partner and Head of the Employment and Industrial Relations Department. In 2006, Francesco Rotondi founded LABLAW – one of the top employment and labour law firms in Italy.

In 2015, Francesco was the only Italian Labour Law expert listed among the 40 most influential under 50 years of age. Francesco is an adjunct professor of Labour Law at Cattaneo University - LIUC Castellanza.

In addition, he is also a licensed journalist in Italy.

Its activity is characterized not only by managing hard cases of reorganizations and corporate restructuring, top management labour issues and litigation, but also for a broader view of what could be a future scenario of labor law and the "contract of Individual work. "

In this regard, Francesco make a proposal for a new contract type of employment for the digital economy, The "Jobs App"; as well as the presentation in Lombardy region of its draft of law about the new trade unions guidelines on the identification of the minimum wage on a regional basis.

Francesco is author of many publications and articles on labor law, work and trade unions, essays and scientific publications, also in interdisciplinary matters, as well as director of the series of Licosia Editions "The Work Has Changed. We Change The Rules ", born with the aim of developing an evolutionary vision of labor law.
